Our Menus

The emphasis is on local, seasonal, free range and wild produce, including locally caught fish and shellfish, as well as wild game, free range beef and lamb.

Small plates (around the size of a large starter or small main), prepared to order. Menu on the blackboards inside, changing daily. See list of sample dishes below. You can order one dish or a selection of dishes to share at your table.

Also serving larger plates of home cooked traditional bar meals made from the finest ingredients.  

Open daily for lunch and dinner June to September.

Open evenings and weekends October-May, Closed Mondays. Check the website or our Facebook page for details.

  • Breaded chicken tenderloin, home-made tomato ketchup or mayonnaise
  • Spiced butternut squash & ginger soup, home-made sourdough
  • Local Lochinver whole creel caught langoustines
  • Local Lochinver hot and cold smoked, & beet-cured salmon, salad leaves
  • Cullen Skink, home-made sourdough
  • Caberfeidh crab cake, avocado
  • Warm grilled goats cheese, fresh salad
  • Roast almond stuffed courgette, tomato chutney
  • Pickled herring, fresh salad, potato salad
  • Pan fried scallops, cauliflower puree

Large Plates

  • Locally landed breadcrumbed haddock, hand cut chips, crushed minted peas, tartare
  • Braised Highland hill-fed lamb, roots, rosemary & plum sauce, goose fat roast potatoes, roast veg
  • Morayshire free-range chicken cotoletta, ratatouille, hand cut chips
  • Wild Highland venison moussaka, fresh salad
  • Layered roast aubergine & courgette, tomato and basil sauce, fresh salad
