Second chef required for The Caberfeidh, to work alongside our young, talented, local chef, developing dishes and menus based on Tapas-style presentation, using local fish, shellfish and game (Small Plates & Large Plates, see 2016 menus).
The successful applicant will be creative, energetic and committed to cooking worthy of the second venture of Britain's most northerly Michelin Star, The Albannach.
This is a live-in, full-time position from March until the end of October.
